After a bleak end to 2012, hopefully 2013 will bring some positive changes for Indian women 3 January 2013 Oxfam strongly condemns the brutal sexual assault and subsequent death of a young woman in Delhi and calls for immediate systemic response to the increasing trend of violence against women in the country.
