4 February – EU trade and business with illegal settlements – Letter: Oxfam signed a joint letter on banning EU trade and business with Israel’s illegal settlements in the Occupied Palestinian Territory. Reach out for the letter and list of signatories.

26 February – Omnibus Simplification Package & CSDDD – Comment: The European Commission expected to publish an initiative aimed at streamlining reporting obligations. Oxfam will publish a curtain-raiser comment ahead of the EU’s announcement and Oxfam EU expert, Maria Bardolet Dilme, is available for comment.
26 to 27 February – G20 finance ministers’ meeting – Comment: Oxfam will follow the G20 finance ministers’ meeting where they will discuss taxing the super-rich. Oxfam EU tax expert, Chiara Putaturo, is available for comment.
