10 January – Climate Crisis – Press Release: Oxfam publishes press release on how the richest 1% burned through their annual carbon limit in just 10 days. Oxfam experts are available for comment. 

14 January – Omnibus Simplification Package & CSDDD – NGO statement: Oxfam and allies will publish a joint statement on the EU’s new initiative to streamline reporting obligations and its impact on the recently agreed rules on corporate sustainability due diligence.
